An animated adventure for all ages, with original music and an all-star cast, “Smallfoot” turns the Bigfoot legend upside down when a bright young Yeti (Channing Tatum) finds something he thought didn’t exist—a human. News of this “smallfoot” (James Corden) brings him fame and a chance with the girl of his dreams. It also throws the simple Yeti community into an uproar over what else might be out there in the big world beyond their snowy village, in a rollicking story about friendship, courage and the joy of discovery.

  • Religion-bashing veiled as a kids movie

This is just religion bashing pretending to be a kids movie. Disgraceful.
  • I bet money

I bet money that all the kids in the theater would stand up and clap. Guess who is 30 dollars richer
  • Hollywood bashes religion again!

Smallfoot is a wolf in sheep's clothing, a blatant attack on Christianity masquerading as a kiddie cartoon. At first I could hardly believe that Hollywood would be so blatant in putting its contempt for Christianity on full display, but then I thought, "well, it is Hollywood, after all." So, the plot of this despicable film revolves around a community of Yeti's who are oppressed by the set of rules that are literally written on stone. Wow, that's as thin a metaphor as you get. And, shockingly (ha ha) the only way for the yetis to become truly enlightened is to reject their religion, which at one point a main character literally admits they made up in the first place. Everyone associated with this hateful attack on believers should be ashamed of themselves.

I am only halfway through the movie and have cried my eyes out! Never have I written a review of a movie until now, because we’ll... it’s worth it. I have an 8 month old son who I cannot wait to show this intellectual, creative, comical, and inspiring film. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent- just buy. You’ll thank yourself in the long run!
  • Dark but funny

The movie tells kids what an inside job is. Also it has topics that are a little to adult for young viewers because in one scene it mentions Genocide.
